Mortimer Racing has been involved with Canadian Autosport since 1970 and is currently the largest race     team in Canada.
                         Located in Ottawa Ontario we currently prepare and build Formula Ford racing cars.

All levels of preparation and development are provided in our services.
These services include the following:
-- engine building,
-- flow bench testing,
-- engine dyno testing,
-- transmission building,
-- chassis repair and development,
-- suspension repair and development,
-- race car rental,
-- client food services

Other notables are:
-- Full size wind tunnel development of a Formula Ford
-- Data Acquisition
-- Driver development
-- Race and High performance driver training.
 
Our team currently competes in Ontario and Quebec races, including the Canadian Grand Prix. The team has won hundreds of awards over the years, which include both race results and team awards.

   Mortimer-Racing competes in the Ontario Formula Ford Challenge and the Quebec Formula Tour (F1600) series and they are consistent front runners. Owning a 1997 and a 2000 Van Diemen, and a 1994 Euro Swift (updated to 1996 specs), with client cars making up the balance of the team. Additionally we have a two seater sports racing car that we entertain passengers in.
We won the 2007 Ontario Formula Ford overall championship with Matt White and the Diamond class with Lew MacKenzie.

In 2008: We won the OFFC,  "A" & "B" class again with Matt White & Lew Mackenzie.

In 2009: We again won the OFFC "A" Class. For three consecutive years these Championships with Matt White were won with our own 2000 Van Diemen rental car. This back to back tripple championship has never been achieved before.

Since we have achieved all our goals in the OFFC series, our team has decided to compete in the Quebec Formula Tour series for 2010 as the potential for sponsorship is superior.
